The staff at ACS Motorsports has over 20 years experience in competition car construction, race prep and track setup.
We've worked at the highest levels within the sportscar world, including stints with World Challenge, IMSA GT, LMP, and Grand-Am Koni Cup teams. ACS Motorsports specializes in "at track" services related to cars used in professional and club competition or performance track days.
In addition, we provide driver's with instruction either on the circuit of their choosing or at our home track BeaveRun, located just 15 minutes north of Pittsburgh.
All fees below are for budget estimating only. Final fees will be determined upon project evauation.
Data Aquisition / Analysis

Driver Coaching Rates
Base Rate
$100 per 1/2 day - Club Event or Test day
$200 per 1/2 day - Professional Event or Test day
We also coach regularly at BeaveRun through their "flat out" program.
Event Fees
Track Rates -
$500 per day - Crew Chief / Lead Techs - ACS
$400 per day - Experienced Crew / Techs - ACS
$200 per day - General Crew
Travel Day Rates -
$400 per day - Techs
$300 per day - Assistant

Expenses -
A $30 per diem allowance for meals, etc., is charged for each day on the road.
Personnel and related charges are divided according to the extent to which they are assigned to each car, plus share of hotel and miscellaneous expenses.
Fuel, oil, parts, etc, consumed at track are billed as used.
